Project Estimate and Scope of Works Presented
We work collaboratively to sign off on a detailed scope of works. Your dedicated Project Lead is introduced early, ensuring site-based knowledge and continuity before construction begins.

As a Licensed Building Practitioner, Graham oversees the construction process to ensure a smooth, compliant build, including coordination of all required council inspections, alongside your dedicated Project Lead. Our commitment to detail and quality control ensures regular communication on project progress and budget tracking, providing full transparency through to project completion.
